ANOTHER UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER!!!

This is now the THIRD TIME THAT ANOTHER UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO GO THROUGH ON MY ACCOUNT BY THE MOST INCOMPETENT BANK I HAVE EVER KNOWN!!! I want resolution on this issue immediately. I am not going to phone another call centre and wait on hold for another 20 minutes and then speak to someone who can't really help me for half an hour before he/she transfers me to another person and I have to hold again for another 15 minutes!!! I want someone at your institution to take some responsibility AND CALL ME!!! I WILL NEVER BANK WITH STANDARD BANK AGAIN!
