I GET PAID END OF THE MONTH NOT ON THE 26

Good day i have been inn and out of Capitec trying to sort the dates out with them for my debits but to them customers dont really matter. i get paid every month on the 31 of every month and capitec always deduct the money either on the 26 or the 27th i have been speaking to them for more than 7 occassions regarding this matter they are telling me to ask my employer for a letter to tell them i only get paid paid on the specific darte why must i do that while i told them straight from the time i borrowed their money? their service is beyond poor they told me they cannot help me if i dont get that letter and now i am being charged every month R150 because of this why do we have to suffer due to people who dont care about the customers who pay their dsalaries? i am so annoyed with the service from this bank and they hardly have any correct answer for anything especially the branch in fourways. Poor poor service from them it really make me wonder whether they really know what they are doing tghere
