Outsurance
Insanely expensive!!!

I was paying an insanely excessive amount on my excess, and premiums were not much better. When I called to complain and threaten to move insurance companies they were quick to lower my excess by LESS THAN HALF!! When I queried why they had not done this before the basic response was that I had to follow up and call them, I feel this should be taken care of on their side in order to ensure the satisfaction of their clients. I found a better insurance company and then asked outsurance if they could match their prices (which they couldn't) so I asked if I would receive R400 and you don't qualify if you are an existing client and when you move you have to wait 6 months to qualify for the deal. This is a very misleading add and quite frankly I would rather be a part of an insurance company that is more reasonable with their prices and qualify to claim money from outsurance than be a part of them and have no one looking out for your interest!!
