4 years no claim, and then the penny drops

Had an accident on Friday the 21st, within 30 min of the incident I reported to my car insurer, only to be told in the first sentence, how much I would need to pay if I drove my car away and not towed it, should they find a problem with the engine, there was no comments on are you ok Sir, do you need a ambulance, require assistance, NO rather they chose to remind me of any additional payments I would need to make.

Been with Budget insurance in 2009 and too date I only get telesales telling me how important I am to them so I must bye additional policies, however they don't tell me a courtesy vehicle is not part of my policy, to date I am still waiting for the copy of the recording when I signed up to hear if it was offered to me if I requested it and if it was not loaded. I have spent countless phone calls trying to reach them only to be cut off or pass around, my vehicle has been with the Budget since Friday but yet even though the claim was approved Tuesday midday, the vehicle is still not with the panel beaters. calling the consultants yesterday I was given a mouthful of reasons why this is not been collected and to, and always spoke while I was talking, BAD impressio
