Delay in vehicle repairs - no feedback

Went through pothole in Parys on 19/05. Roadside assistance brilliant, rental car delivered. Call centre helpful. Problem, after several promises that I will be called back, never happened, managed to find out was happening on 14/06. A disclaimer was mailed to me a day earlier which I never received. My reply, nobody ever called me after my car was moved to the panelbeater. Please proceed with repairs. I was informed not to worry about disclaimer, as I have authorized Discovery to do repairs. Vehicle to be moved to Boksburg North for repairs Sat, to be returned the 19th. 19th Came, no feedback, no car. Nicol Fowler kind enough to extend car rental. Come today, car still standing in Vereeniging, no authorization given to have vehicle repaired, a call centre, despite several calls, a Facebook complaint, and several promises that I will be called back this week, never happened. Car still not repaired, rental car once again due back, and still without my car. Now callcentre have to find recording before anybody take responsibility. My car in same condition and place as it was in May, Vereeniging. Amount of calls I made to get information, a lot, amount of calls I received, zilch
