No answer.different stories

I applied for a credit card last week and friday submitted all my documents.monday afternoon i was told i need to bring another bank statement of 3months cause apparently that was the only thing delaying the process.i took it tuesday.it's wednesday today still no answer everytime i fone the application is still in assessment/forensic.im tired of waiting i'm so disgusted by the service i've been getting and i don't hold the branch liable cause the final decision with head office but u guys are seriously pathetic.i called call centre a half an hour ago i was told my application is still in assessment i need to wait another 48hours do i look crazy?
