My claim was repudiated by the illustrious Dial Direct under very dubious circumstances. I have since contested the repudiation, wherein I was assured a response between 5 - 7 working days. As I write to you, it is the tenth working day and there has been no response from the Dispute Resolution Department. I have failed to solicit and answer from them and they have continually reneged from their own word. I would further like to place it on record that this is not the first instance that I have encountered same with the very insurer. The entire Telesure Group's competence is in serious question. The loss of my items is noticeably viewed as trivial from their side. However, it has had a great significance on my part. I therefore urge you to come to my aid as I have lost every bit of hope with this rogue insurer.
