I was involved in a fender bender more than a month and a half ago Which was entirely not my fault.

I decided to go directly through the fellow who hit me's insurers as a third party claim, as I feel justified that it is unnecessary to involve my own insurers.

The complete lack of service and consultant availability is astounding. The responsible person, Uhuru (singular like Madonna or Cher) is never available and an assessor has not even been appointed yet. This might be a third party claim, but is a service that their client is paying for!!!

I find it unacceptable that I have to drive around in a damaged vehicle going for two months due to tardiness and lack of interest from a non-proficient insurance company.

I will NEVER select them as my insurer - BAD SERVICE!!!
