Once I leave I'm never coming back

My phone was picked up for an evaluation by a company called Cell Clinix as per Telesure and Virgin Insurance i was told that the claim was approved and all i had to do was pay in the access, yesterday i called Cell Clinix who told me they will deliver yesterday i then advise the gentlemen to please deliver today as I was out of the office, today when i call as to the whereabouts of my handset I was told that they have not been given the go ahead by Telesure, all attempts to get hold of Petro Schoeman from telesure have been futile, I am frustrated as i have been loyal to Virgin and i think its time to explore other insurance companies that value their clients
