Our car was written of by the Insurance company. To start off we battle to get the needed documents from MCF to finalise the claim. We did get that eventually.

I got a email statement 22/05/2013 Prrinciple Debt at Commencement date R68 640 Outstanding Amount R77930.59

It is useless to try to phone MFC. I did try to phone this morning they said this account is at the Legal department and transferred me I hold 45 min and then I was cut off.
