Great service equals a happy customer!

I called Outsurance with a query, and Johan not only helped me with my query but also gave me great advise, helped me to lower my excess and explained that I can call in to review my premium every year and it might be lowered as well. Which it was! I worked in a call centre for many years and have always felt that you usually receive quite mediocre assistance from most call centres, but the same cannot be said for Outsurance. Johan was friendly, efficient and really went the extra mile! He deserves a pay rise for sure! Thank you Outsurance!
