Deregistration of the ca

As per my Insurance: We are currently still waiting for MFC to deregister the vehicle, the hold-up is with them and the Licencing department. As soon as we receive the deregistered NATIS from MFC will make the payment.
I need this sorted out asap. I jus wanna get this over and done with. I was given a 14 day SLA its exceeded because you guys are holding up the process. I nd this resolved as in yesterday!
