Promised S4 but got a galaxy chat what is that!!

On the 18 of June I logged a complaint after receiving a package from fnb which we did not agreed upon. FNB called me on the 11th of June and said i was going to get an S4 for R69 per month for 24 months but they delivered me a galaxy xhat not an S4, so i then sent back the package. On the 20th an FNB representative called to let me know that they did look into my complaint and quality control did listen to the call recording between myself and Samantha an FNB representative who is made me the S4 offer, she the said I'll be contacted again. Even still today I am waiting for the call. According to Consumer Protection Act FNB made me a deal of an S4 therefor they are suppose to give me an S4 nothing else. I am not sure if whether this is an Internal thing for FNB call center agents that to get customers attention they should mention an S4.i am still waitimg and running out of patience.
