My complaint is concerning a Cell C phone offer from FNB, i was contacted in beginning of March by FNB, them offering me a phone on a R100 per month Cell C contract. this included a new phone aswell. i agreed on the contract and chose a Samsung galaxy pocket.. after 3 weeks i still havent received my phone, i contacted them, they made delivery arrangements withing 3 days. i received the package, and they sent me a Nokia 201. i immediately contacted FNB, they advised they where out of stock on the Samsungs, they will cancel the contract, and collect the package. i havent even opened the phone or sim. i tried contacting Cell C, you sit on hold for 30 minutes plus. they cant help me. now at end of June, and the phone is still with me, and CellC started billing me, even though i never activated the sim. ive been in contact with Harold for the past 3 weeks, no joy. he escalates the issue every time we speak. Last week Friday i spoke to Mbuso, who was suppose to send me a email with collection arrangements, to date i still havent received anything. Mbuso nor Harold is available this morning. my smartphone application was declined aswell because i already had a contract.
