Poor adminstration!

I changed my "home" bank from Braamfontein to Parktown about four years ago, thereafter at several occasions requested that all records for administration purposes must be transferred accordingly.
Still no JOY!
I were advised I must collect my credit card at "my home branch" Braamfontein. On which I responded, out of principal I rather cancel my credit card before I collect it from Braamfontein.
If Standard bank cant adhere to simple basic administration, I feel very wary, HOW CAN I
ENTRUST MY LIFES BELONGINGS IN Standard bank's "COMPETENT HANDS"

Further there are nobody at Standard bank, who is prepared to speak to me in Afrikaans, when I receive a business call from Standard bank.

Please let me now who at Standard bank is Inspired, Motivated Involved if this is the kind of service a client receives? PLease refer to a simalar complaint, dated 25 April 2008, addressed direct to Standard Bank.
