Failure from ABSA to release Car Reg Papers

I have settled my car finance account in November 2012. I have called them on the following dates: 14/1/2013 ref no 7641784, again on 14/01/2013 ref no 7790564, 30/04/2013 speak with Marnus Corne, 20/05/2013 spoke to Marnus Corne again. It seems that ABSA has misplaced my car's registration papers and is just not doing anything about it. They never call back or update me. I never skipped one payment on my vehicle but now they are giving me the run-around for my papers.
