Phoned insurance to log a claim but no response

On Saturday 22 June I had an accident and have informed the insurance. No transport was arranged as I was told that the people who arrange this were off duty. My car was towed and was told to phone on Monday to log the claim. I phoned on Monday countless times and every time was told that my consultant was Waheed and he will phone me back. I never received a response. Today I phoned and all the phones for the insurance is not working. This is extremely poor service. I have then decided to log the claim online and the message is that someone will contact me.
