I recently had to transfer an amount of money paid in from an investment payout toward another investment. For this I had to reset my internet limit for a short while, something I have done several times before without problem. This time round the service was beyond poor: 1. I had to do my transaction at an open counter where a queue of people over heard my business, and the inappropriate questions from a young assistant who constantly had to run to the back to get guidance.2. I got the feeling that I am about to my own money. 3. I had to phone at least 7 times to find out if this simple request has been done, with promises of call backs that never happened.4. The limit was adjusted incorrectly leaving me without being able to do ANY OTHER TRANSACTIONS!!! 5. I escalated the problem to STB complaints. After 3 days I got a "sorry to hear about your problem, Better luck next time "stupid response. STILL LEAVING ME WITH MY ORIGINAL PROBLEM!!! Is it time to change banks after 45 years???
