I had money debited from my account form a company i knw nothing off, when i ask for it to be refunded i was told to et a letter from a person who debited and now the am i suppose to get a letter if i dont know who debite??

secondly i m not ahppy with their service where by you cant even get a loan from them even if you have been banking with them for so mamy years they are off no help whats so ver towards theior customers.

i will be moving my account to a bank that cares about peoples needs
