I am in the process of consolodating debt,
i have been trying to get a settlement amount on my loan since friday from nedbank, i waited 2 days (where all other institutions sent it within a day) as per what the call centre agent told me, he then told me that it would be emailed to me by sunday.i called again on saturday, they told me the same thing.its monday and i still havent received anything.i called again this morning, and was told that it had been sent.i requested that they resend and still didnt get anything.i just called again, to be advised that it has been 'escalated', please tell me why must an email containing my settlement balance be "escalated ".i still dont have satisfaction and i needed this on saturday.i asked to speak to a manager and get put on hold... this is Fridays request and its now monday people, this is my work time you are wasting!!! Nedbank your call centre service is useless and your process is crumbling, no wonder people are switching banks.
