My account was erroneously debited twice for the same amount after the first transaction hadn't actually gone through. I called the Cheque Card Customer Care line to try and get the duplicate amount reversed. Darryl was very helpful, had a great attitude and explained the entire process calmly and professionally.
He epitomises why Standard Bank has been strong for 150 years. Please pass my regards to him, as its this kind of service that keeps the brand strong.
