Every time i put through a request to my " business account manager" it seems to fall on deaf ears, i am constantly having to following up on every single request, she never gets back to my unless i follow up at least twice and when she does finally get back to me she does not offer any assistance and on a regular basis tells me just to go on line. Not once has she offered a solution to any problem i have quarried nor has she been forthcoming with assisting me in anything. I am horrified at the service received and if this is a reflection of the FNB business sector i advise everyone to take a close look at who you are banking with, the adverts seem to all be and something the SA competitive board should be fully aware of!!! THERE IS NO PERSONAL CARE AT FNB!!!
