No response - nothing done to settle my claim

I called Discovery Insure on Monday 4 March to follow up on a claim. Jane, the person dealing with the claim was not available but according to the system they were waiting on response from the loss adjusters. I asked that message be left for her to follow up and provide me with a status update. I phone again on the 5th of March and spoke to Bianca who told me that Jane was not in the office that day and that nothing was done to follow up. Bianca promised me that she would request feedback from the loss adjusters and that she would revert to me on the same day regardless of the outcome. Nothing happened - nobody called. I phoned again on the 6th of March - round about the same time and spoke to Bianca again. She informed me that she sent an email to the loss adjusters the previous day requesting an update but had not received any response. She did not follow up on the email nor did she try to phone them and she also failed to call me back as promised. The loss adjuster dealing with my case is also never available at the office or does she answer my phone calls. I strongly feel that Discovery should make use of more professional loss adjusters.
