Claims Call Centre not picking up phone

I have a major complaint. i have been trying to loadge a claim with budget but i have failed to even talk to a call centre person for over a week. On thursday last week, i held on for an hour and nothing. my airtime have finished twice whilst holding on. This is unaccepteble. Its rubbish to blame
