Poor service, lack of communication with customers

Standard bank are doing some sort of maintenance today 23/6/13, and failed to let customers now that we won't be able to do any Internet banking or cell phone banking on this day. As I logged onto my Internet banking this morning it showed R0.00, which is impossible. If they had any sense or customer service skills, they would have sent out sms's or emails a few days before. The only update about this that I saw was on Facebook sent out in the morning of the day. What if someone doesn't 'like' the Facebook page like me, I had to go search for it to see if I could find out what was going on. This is totally unacceptable and extremely bad service
