I have been using Standard Bank's internet banking for years in business and personal matters. There are constant problems with the site and it impedes our ability to make payments resulting in problems ranging from angry creditors to missed flights and embarrassing situations.

This is completely unacceptable!!! We are charged ludicrous amounts for internet banking and transactions, but the service is sub standard to say the least! The whole of today I have been unable to make payments. When you click on pay beneficiary or once off payment, a message is displayed that internet banking is unavailable. I have tried different computers, different web browsers and the result is the same.

COME ON STANDARD BANK!!! I wish we as customers could get you fined for incompetence, false advertising and simply for the huge inconvenience you cause your customers!!!

FIX THE PROBLEM!!!
