Schedule payments block then remove

For the last 2 months I have asked to look into schedule payments on my online profile. First the edit was blocked and now schedule payments have been removed. I'm actually tired and fed up to ask about this!!!
What do I need to do to get this sorted??? POOR SERVICES CAN I PLEASE HAVE THE FNB NR THAT YOU ADVERTISE THAT IS SO GREAT BECAUSE THE ONE I HAVE
