Lack of response in resolving my legal matte

My id no. Reference: Mr R Demartinis/Mr S Allnutt/C375, my matter is now going on since September 2011 and to date it has not been resolved, all i get is excuses and i have to call for updates. No one gets back to me and i keep paying the premiums. I have to even post my own letters on behald of Clientele and now i have been given a fee of R200.00 from Dogulin Shapiro Demartinis Inc Attorneys, this is ridiculous, the ads on TV make the company look like it knows what it is doing, however this seems to be a lie, taking into account the fustration and lack of support and communication i have received. I doubt that i would be referring your company to anyone. All i need is this matter to be resolved, taking into account that this is going on for 3 years, i don't think i am being unreasonable.
