Im disappointed

My name is Nombuso Twala, i was working for Absa for the last 5years, I was dismissed on the 19 of November last year. since then i was communicating with manager he would call me when i have to come and sign some papers. I took the UIF forms to him and i told him that they also need my payslips at department of labour when i kept calling him he told me he was waiting for HR to send him my payslips, and he will call me back ever since then i heard nothing from him, i have no UIF and no pension fund untill now . i wrote an e-mail to HR wanting to know whats happening because my policies have lapsed, my loans are in arears. the respond that in got was that i dont qualify for the UIf but no reason was given, i went to the labour department to find out why i dont qualify for the UIF because i was paying it . i then sent another e-mail back to absa HR but because its an e-mail it takes them 4-5 days to respond. no-one has called me to find out what is really happening because i sent e-mails to payroll as well. its been 2 months now and really dont know who else i should turn to. im movin to Mpumalanga in 2 weeks i got a job but im scared that my credit record is going to let me down
