What a joke dealing with old mutual

I applied for a personal loan and AFTER submitting my ID and 4 payslips, I was told telephonically that I qualify for R15 000.00 but I need to submit my bankstatements. I had to send my bankstatements 4 times because internally it seems that Old mutual dont load PDF reader on their consultants machine. I received absolutely no feedback from Noxy and i had to make about 5 calls to find out what the status is - only to be told that because I took an advance on my salary for forex and the full amount was not reflecting - I dont qualify - i had sent them 4 months worth of payslips and my bankstatements to ensure that they could see that this was a once of advance but no one has bothered to call me back. I suppose that their silly tune that plays when you hold on for hours for thier call centre "no questions asked" should be "no feedback given"
