King of ripp offs

On 14 June 2013 my car was burglarized and my handbag that was under passenger seat was along with other valuables in the car. Ive put through a claim for my phone which was specified under my portable possessions, jut to learn that they wont pay for it, because the terms and conditions dont allow for it, a document i never received, but they were happy taking my money all this time. Telling me that the phone was not on me when i lost it??? what BS is that!!! why was i paying you then? my phone was out of a locked vehicle that belonged to me!!!
