I sold my car in March 2013 and I send them email to cancell my policy. To my surprise, they were still deducting the money until I phoned them. After the 15th of May, the policy was cancelled. They gave me a fax number to fax the evidence that I sold my car in March. To my surprise, the 1st and 2nd fax numbers were not working. I kept on phoning them, and the fax went through (08600109158) and they promised the refund in 7 working days. I waited invain and I started the process again and they told me that they didn't receive my document. I faxed it for the 4th timed but the number they gave me is not working (0124523271). I regard them as Useless Greedy company and help me Mr Hellopeter.com on how to get my money from such careless company. I am really Dissappointed. Regard, Unathi
