Not refunding my premium

I cancelled my policy 2 Decbember 2013. I phoned in 13 January to ask for my refund. The lady started with I need to give them proof that I got other cover and so forth. I told her I sold my car and got a new car with other insurance. Now I need to send them proof that I sold my car.
That has got nothing to do with them. I cancelled, they took MY money. Give it back!
10days later I had to phone in AGAIN, to hear where is MY money. Same story! And she cant help me as she doesnt work in the claims department, when I asked to be transferred after 5 minutes I hanged up the phone.
Always quick and nice to sell you the Policy never helpful to pay back money that isnt theirs!
