It's now been more than a week since one of Virgin Money's reps replied and said they will get back to me about my complaint.
Also, when I email the Foreign Spend department at Virgin Money, they don't address any of my queries and just keep emailing me the form to sign (that stops me from using my CC abroad), and say "We trust that the above is in order." It's extremely frustrating and unprofessional when they just blatantly ignore my queries and just send a generic email back!!
