I was quoted a premium which did not include my house hold and movables as a result the total premium debited on my account was more than the other quotes i had recieved from other insurers prior to adding the new car into my portfolio. Also my profile was not correctly captured on the security features of the new vehicle. The profile has been amended and the premium has been corrected including my household and movables. Additonal explaination on the cover was given and i'm happy with the information given. An apology was also given for inconveniece caused and other options to update the profile was given e.g My expressed.

I was ngry and requesed to cancel the cover and explore other insurers who have quoted me, but she managed to come me down and assured me that she will try her best to assist me. she even explained concepts in my home language to insure there's no miscommunication.
