Misleading information and expensive rates

The consultant failed to locate my policy and and led me to believe I had to pay an activation fee and higher rate. This was only resolved when I advised I'd be switching to another company. Also, it's a constant trend with this company that they've offered the best possible rate but when another company offers a better rate they become willing to match or improve on the new rate
