Nedbank-a useless entity

I've now spoken to 9 consultants from Nedbank branch, call centre, credit card, global and foreign exchange divisions regarding a deduction on my credit card... with no success

The original amount was deducted from a source in American dollars but reflects in SA rands on my account.

I require the dollar amount in order to be able to validate my credit card with the source

After being transferred to practically every Nedbank Dept, I was informed by an individual of the Credit Card Division that their 'system" is incapable of supplying the original dollar amount!

This is the latest of a number of extremely unhelpful and unpleasant experiences I've had with Nedbank over the last few weeks and I'm NOT impressed!
