Account Exec used F Word. Told to find alt insure

I have put in a claim in February for hail damage on my car and I was only contacted this month of June 2013. I was also informed that I have to pay an access amount of R5 000.00. I corrected the Regent consultant that first contacted me that my access amount is R2 500.00. I was then referred to the next consultant by the name of Lisbet who also stated that my access is R5 000.00. She than told me that she will ask her supervisor - Heidi Brewer to contact me of which she did give me a call.

Acc Exec finally called me and resorted using "F" word during our telephone conversation yesterday, 19 June 2013 at a time of 11:12 and told me to find another insurer, WHICH I WILL.

The reason I decided to report this matter to you, is that I am in an imperial HR department and I advise employees with car allowance to insure their cars with Regent since I am a client and that Regent is 100% Imperial. I did not expect this kind of treatment from Regent and Heidi Brewer. However, I will take Heidi's advise and find myself another insurance. I will also inform my family members, friends and colleagues of this bad experience from Regent/Heidi Brewer - Account Executive, HEIDI BREWER
