I paid this person, Karel olivier, R500 to get me a debt consolidation loan. He assured me I cannot be declined, and I will have a clear ITC in 14 working days. Everyday that I contacted him, he had an excuse. And never delivered the service. I then contacted his higher authorities, and we eventually found out he was scamming me!! After numerous conversations, he promised to pay my money back, on 18/6/2013, and I am still waiting. ow he is intimidating me with rude e-mails and playing games!! I am ready to take this to another step, for legal action!! I just want MY R500 back!!
