REFUND OF R500 MISTAKENLY DEPOSITED INTO RCS ACC

Dear RCS

Sometime on 25/27 January 2013, i mistakenly deposited R500 into RCS acc. I had save them as beneficiry hence the mistake. Upon calling my bank standard bank, they indicated that its better if i contact RCS directly as their process is long or they might not be in a position to assist me. I called RCS and they told my account had not been settled despite having received a loan from Standard bank and settled the account. They then told me to talk to VVM Attorneys who were their debt collectors. I did that and they told me RCS has instructed them to close their file. From this i noticed that these guys were playing games with me and they were all arrogant.

Can you please assist to get a refund as when i first notified them, they asked for the proof of payment of the R500 which i did and later started playing gamesd. Clearly, if i have nstructions to collect money for someone, once i receive payment and pay it over, i would be given instructions close the file (VVM Attorneys). Then why is it difficult to pay me back my R500.

Please assist to get my refund as the money was paid directly into VVM Attorneys acting on behalf of RCS.
