Home loan and cheque account - very bad service

I have been customer of Standard bank for less than two years. And I must say that they have given me the worst service I have experienced in my life.
I have a home loan account with Std bank - they quoted the best rates - and was contacted in Jan by a Branwin offering me a better rate if I moved my cheque account to them as well. I was sceptical, but the offer was good and I decided to go for it. This was the start of all my troubles. It took them about 2 months to get my account active - I got my card in Jan and somehow the account was never activated. So the account was 'in limbo' and after several phone calls and branch visits they eventually activated the account.
I still didn't get my reduced rate, because I 'have to transact on the account' before the instruction is sent through to Home Loans.

Last month I finally saw a reduction in my instalment. It was however, not the amount we agreed upon, but I assumed that this was because of pro ratas. When I checked this morning what the new installment is, I was given an amount totally different to our initial agreement. I spoke with Branwin at the campaign dept, and he has all sorts of excuses as to why it could differ!!??
