USELESS!!!

My sound system was damaged over the weekend, due to electrical surge which in turn burnt out. Firstly I got transferred to numerous departments only to be told we will call you back only the next day!!! They did return the call only to be told, that they don't cover this, its in our policy - funny enough they have never sent the policy to us via post or electronically - you guys are pathetic - and I warn any South African, do not insure with Auto & General - I had a 2 week run around last year when I tried to claim for an accident on my vehicle. I am now in the process of shopping for a new insurance company, any company would be better than your pathetic ways of doing business. I hope your shareholders see this, cause goodness me i would never put my money in your group.
