Scamming desperate people - STAY AWAY!!!

THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT TO THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT AND STILL NO FEEDBACK TO THIS DAY:

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the services received thus far. Let me first start by saying that the R399 I paid to get assistance from you was ALL I had in my account and was so desperate and believed all the nonsense that is on your website.

Secondly, your system was down for ages and I was told to keep on calling to see if your system is up. What kind of customer service is that? Shouldn't you be the one to notify your clients and apologize for the inconvenience caused?

Thirdly, the last sms I received on the 10th of June was that I will receive direct feedback from the financial services providers and its been a week and no one has called me. I didn't just wake up and decide to apply for a loan because I had nothing to do with my time, I applied for a loan because I NEED the money but instead I used the last cash I had to apply for some 2-in-1 service I DO NOT NEED.

If you can't help me I want my money back and you can keep your service because I don't need it.
