Misleading info regarding loan

We have applied for further funds on our bond after we had a reevaluation done (twice after having some problems with this- 2013/05/10). On 2013/05/31 (Friday) a consultant phoned and said that we could have a certain amount, my husband said that he will discuss it with me and we will phone on Monday to confirm. On the 2013/06/03 (Monday) I phoned and said that they must coninue with the loan, the lady consultant said that my husband had cancelled the loan. I informed her that this was impossible as he said I must inform them to proceed. I asked her what to do about the canceled loan and she said we should reapply. We submitted the exact same application with the same document and they confirmed reciept on 2013/06/05. On Friday 2013/06/07 a consultant phoned my husband and informed him that we qualified for R20 000 less with a lot of exusses. We asked the consultant to retrieve the conversation between my husband and the first consultant as they we telling us different stories with the exact same documentation and within a week apart. We are really not liking SA Homeloans at all now.
