REJECT CLAIM AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

In March I cancelled a claim to which I received a call back suggesting it be in my best interest to go ahead with it (why phone me back its on tape!!) it was rejected and I had to fix the shower grouting at my expense. I had dealings with Mandy Mdudo who on numerous occasions didn't phone me back or remember what she had to do. I was then put in touch with Shalton the manager who was just as unhelpful and took 3 weeks to send me my voice over. The adjacent bedroom which was water damaged is still wet after 3 months, but he assured me it can take up to a YEAR!!! to dry. Live with cement floors in a bedroom - GREAT!! To top it all I get a letter today - 19.06.2013 dated the 26.03.2013 UNSIGNED from Mandy advising me of my rights to dispute the rejection (3 Months in the post- WOW!!) I have nothing good to say about my 1st experience with OUTSURANCE and can only say that they bend backwards in their chairs thinking of excuses why not to pay. I am an honest citizen who pays for insurance but I can fully understand why people are unethical and deceitful when claiming - INSURANCE is in my case a necessary EVIL but at over R19 000pa is it worth it??
