VICTIM OF CRIME-ABSA DOESNT CARE

On 2013-04-15 i went to verulam Absa bank around about 12, i was hijacked and my handbag which had my ID was . i went in the bank and informed the consultant i dont have my id and i need money because those criminals my money and cards. He then informs me i have to have temporary ID to get new card and then can draw money out now thats... how do you expect me to have temporary ID if i dont have any money to make the Temporary ID, SO i freaked out... WHY DONT ABSA HAVE BIOMETRIC SYSTEM FOR VICTIMS OF CRIME... NEWS FLASH SOUTH AFRICAS CRIME RATE IS HIGH AND IS BECOMING WORST, WAKE UPPPPP
