Who gets paid on the 23rd of the month???!!!

Last week I received a letter from Nedbank about "my overdue account". What I don't understand is why do they process a debit order on the 23rd of the month? Who gets paid on the 23rd of the month? Is it logical for someone to even do to such a senseless thing when we should know by 2013 that there's specific dates for salaries to be paid?

I did address this with Nedbank at the beginning of my loan contract with them, but clearly someone there is very slow in their thinking/doing process. Now this is going to affect my ITC record. To this date, Nedbank has received all their payments from me, nothing is outstanding. They've failed to check their records before they send me such a letter.

If this is not rectified with ITC, I want Nedbank to know that I'M GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. I will not put up with a dumb/ineffective employee who inserts wrong information on the database. I will find out who put these wrong details on the system & I will see that person in court. My name will not be ruined by a dumb/ineffective employee who cannot recognize the difference between 5 and 3. It's really amazing that we have such people in the world who fail to use their common sense!
