3 months to remove a phone I DO NOT HAVE!!!

I have sent numerous mails and made numerous calls to FNB Smartphone department to have a smart device I DO NOT HAVE off my profile, but all that happens is: "Sir, I weel send dee escelashan!!! " I am now TIRED of escalation being sent that mean NOTHING!!!

Now you start charging me for something I don't even have??? Either send me the Galaxy Note 2, or remove it from my profile TODAY!!!
