Call Centre not returning calls

I have been trying to register a claim since yesterday, but the only message i get is "we are experiencing high call volumes" the whole day. When eventually i do get through, my details are taken down and told that some one will call me to take down the claim. This is not happening. Can someone please call me!!! Currently holding on now for 10 minutes already
