Wow... i was at my wits end with african bank and the bad service i had received - i was disappointed and just generally had a negative attitude as they had not dilivered as was promised to me - i complain and an angel was sent to me in the form of a little voice on the other side of the phone- not only did this voice listen it empathised and understood and as far as im concerned went the extra mile to assist me in a time when i had all but given up. MS MOALUSI is a star employee @ African bank and truly knows how to handle clients, i take my hat off to her in her remaining calm, patient and the general way in which she spoke to me at all time.
Thank you sisi... you truly are a valuable asset to that company and i hope they know it.
